Operational level

This is where the content developed in the strategic development process is implemented in day-to-day operations, taking into account unforeseen disruptive factors. The strategy helps to accept and reject opportunities - it forms, so to speak,the guard rails within which the decisions are made at the operational level.The operational management level of an organization is where the management of employees and/or subcontractors, the provision of funds (resources), and the planning, control, monitoring and quality assurance of business processes take place. Operational planning implements strategic requirements. It is short-term in nature, with a duration of up to one year. It is detailed, relatively precise and contains all individual objectives. Operational management is also responsible for the social aspect of employee management, cooperative behavior and vertical and horizontal communication.
