Management (strategic level)

The strategic level is the platform where the discussion and definition of - the fundamental orientation of the company, - the selection and compilation of the right "mix" of success potentials - and the positioning of the company as a whole and of the strategic business areas in the competitive environment takes place.This level "deals with the general objectives of the company, with principles, norms and rules of the game that are designed to enable the viability and development of the company. At the normative management level - according to the model - an organization should establish its corporate policies, guiding principles/guidelines, principles and corporate standards.
